The exhibition project of artist Tamar Nadiradze illustrates the state of today’s society at the intersection of post-apocalyptic grotesque. The topics in her works she gets from real stories which she by means of her own fantasy transforms into surrealistic watercolor drawings and collages. Visually the works come from the aesthetics of children picture books and folktales. We can see how city life, culture, social behavior, ecology, human rights, and ideologies are merging with one another and affecting themselves.
