The series of Performances of Andro Dadiani called ,,craftsman” conducted by Tbilisi Kunsthalle is an attempt to reiterate art policy in culture. Mass culture is trying to use the art and the artist for their own ideology. Performance is trying to turn the position where the art is neither great, nor the subject of admiration. The performer declares that his job is a casual and he is a craftsman. He is trying to vanish the border between the form and function. He wants to create some social portraits in order to construct a new kind of speech inspired by cultural crisis between different space which are geographically, socially, economically and culturally far from each other. He will also create a kind of space for discussion as well.
