Nino Chubinishvili aka Chubika presented solo show - “5th Room” at The State Silk Museum. "5th Room" is one of the winner projects of the competition - "Promotion of Exhibitions in Tbilisi and in Regions" (2017) by the Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia.

Exposition particularly features the space of the State Silk Museum, showcasing artist’s new pieces in a vast range of media. Artist’s storyline refers to the metamorphosis, process of transformation from actual to abstract realities. Exhibition combines sculptures, sound and installation, linking medias in order to shed new light on these processes. Show is a journey in the different layers of consionusness. Georgian artist and designer, Nino Chubinishvili (Chubika), was born in 1969. Her works are one of the most prominent examples of Georgian contemporary visual art. Nino Chubinishvili’s early career in fashion and theatrical painting had a huge impact on her artistry and characteristic style. Her works have been widely presented at the international and local exhibitions.
