New Collective participates in the 2nd Tbilisi Triennial with installation in the National Scientific Library. The installation on the top floor of the library is a reflection of the past year of the collective as well as some visions for its future. The 12 tables in the space each speak from members’ individual subjective position about the group including its achievements and difficulties.

The New Collective is an all-female art group, founded in Tbilisi at the end of September 2014 with aim of founding a working space for artists and making the language of art approachable to society. The collective has had three exhibitions over the year, in Tbilisi, Garikula and Tskaltubo. Now simultaneously with the Triennial the next one is in Gdansk, Poland.

The New Collective members: Ana Chaduneli, Tamar Chaduneli, Elene Gabrichidze, Tamara Gobronidze, Minna Henriksson, Ana Jikia, Gvantsa Jishkariani, Natalia Kipiani, Anna Martiashvili, Tamari Mchedlishvili, Khatia Tchokhonelidze and Valeria Tvardovskaya.
