On 25-27 September , 2015 Tskaltubo hosted the 3rd Art Festival jointly organized by the IDP Women's Union of Tskaltubo and the Swiss ArtasFoundation. People of all ages from different parts of Georgia as well as from abroad enjoyed the hospitality of Tskaltubo and flamboyant performances of local and international artists.

Framework of the festival was presented the New Collective with a special programme - "Guided Tour", which included a variety of activities:

Architectural archive research and its presentation in the museum of Tskaltubo, Art Game at the Tskaltubo art school and the performance in the public space.

The concept and basic objective of New Collective's work has been defined as an analyze of local context and the integration between local population and Tskaltubo Art Festival activities.
