Contemporary Art Space is a platform for cooperation and exchange, with an aim to support innovative ideas and contemporary art projects within the country and internationally.

The organization was founded in 2014 in Batumi by a group of young artists and curators.

During this period we have implemented more than 50 international and local projects among them exhibitions, seminars, festivals, discussions, screenings and so on.

Contemporary art space launches an open call for exhibition projects annually, has weekend programs like kids’ corner and screenings with followed discussion.

Contemporary Art Space is an organizer from the Georgian side of international Photo festival Odessa//Batumi Photo Days that takes place in Odessa and Batumi annually.

From 2017 Contemporary Art Space supports creative industries directions thought to provide space for art workshops that aims to support artistic development and sustainability.
