Vanda Gallery
Vanda Gallery (formerly “Hobby Gallery”) – the oldest and very first private gallery in Georgia, founded by twin siblings Alexander and Vanda Mujiri in 1993 is located in the historical district of Tbilisi – Sololaki.
From the very beginning, the gallery mission was popularization and promotion of contemporary Georgian art worldwide. To achieve this goal, the gallery became an active participant of such major art events, festivals and fairs as ArtExpo NewYork, Art Basel Miami, Deco-In, Messe Berlin, Art Fair in Ankara, Art Manezh in Moscow, Art Kyiv in Ukraine, Boston International Art Festival and etc. In 1997 Gallery represented modern Georgian art at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington DC. Gallery’s history counts over 500 group and solo shows, charitable exhibitions, and auctions.
