After Khlebnikov

2014

Inspired by the writings, poems and plays of Russian utopianist and visionary Velimir Khlebnikov (1885-1922), Dash Arts will work with artists from across the region of Post Soviet States (PSS) in collaboration with leading contemporary arts organisations across the region. The project, a response to the writings of Khlebnikov, will range across a variety of media including video, sculpture, painting, installation, and performance, culminating in an exhibition and grand event in 2016. The project forms part of Dash Arts' Soviet Series (see below).
